Estigmas is the first feature film by Adán Aliaga (“My grandmother's house" 2005) and its Manuel Martinez debut at the cast, and the Goya winner Marieta Orozco in the role of Lorena. And with the others actors like Ferran Lahoz, Lurdes Barba, Morgan Blasco, Nuria Casas, Martha Carbonell y special collaboration of Josep Maria Domenech.

Estigmas is the story of Bruno, a roght man, strong and alcohol addicted. Bruno simply aims to be a normal person, but his fate is already written...

One day wakes up and his hands start bleeding. This is a trip to redemption throught suffering, pain and death. From now on he has to live with these new stigmas.

This is the beginning Así comienza of this fascinating story produced by Nadir Films, IBCinema, Jaibo Films and Salto de Eje. The film has the suport of ICAA, ICIC, Xunta the Galicia, TV3 and others.

After a shooting over three months in Barcelona, Galicia, Valencia and Alicante , and almost a year of postproduction will be screening at the International Film festival of Valladolid in official competition.
